การประชุมชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์ รอบที่ 1 Portfolio ครั้งที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 (TCAS68) Meeting to explain guidelines for conducting the 2nd interview examination of 1st round: Portfolio Academic year 2025 (TCAS68)

วันพุธที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2567 สำนักส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา จัดประชุมชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์ สำหรับคณะกรรมการสอบสัมภาษณ์ รอบที่ 1 Portfolio ครั้งที่ 2 ระดับปริญญาตรี ภาคปกติ ปีการศึกษา 2568 (TCAS68) ที่จะดำเนินการคัดเลือกในวันเสาร์ที่ 23 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2567 โดยมี ผศ.ณัฏฐ์ธมน หีบจันทร์กรี รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน และคุณกิรณา ถนอมสิทธิ์ นักวิชาการศึกษา ชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์ มีประเด็นที่สำคัญ ดังนี้ รายงานสถิติการรับนักศึกษาใหม่ ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษา ในการสอบสัมภาษณ์มีรูปแบบ ดังนี้
.
1. สอบสัมภาษณ์แบบ Face-to-Face ผู้สมัครต้องมาสอบสัมภาษณ์ที่มหาวิทยาลัย
2. สอบสัมภาษณ์ประเภท Video Call โดยใช้แอปพลิเคชันตามที่สาขาวิชากำหนด และ
3. สอบสัมภาษณ์ผ่าน ช่องทาง Voice Call
การใช้งานระบบรายงานผลการคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษาสำหรับกรรมการสอบคัดเลือกและตอบข้อซักถามเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานสอบสัมภาษณ์

ซึ่งเป็นประชุมรูปแบบออนไลน์ ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Zoom Meeting

The Office of Academic Affairs and Registration, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University held an online meeting via Zoom on 20th November 2024, to explain to the committee about the guidelines for conducting the 2nd interview examination of 1st round: Portfolio Academic year 2025 (TCAS68) that will be held on Saturday, 23rd November 2024.

Asst. Prof. Natthamol Heebjankri, the Assistant Director Office of Academic Affairs and Registration and Miss Kirana Thanomsit, an Educator gave an explanation with the following important points: Statistics report on the student admissions; The process of selecting applicants for admission through the 3 formats of interview examination:
1. Face-to-Face—the applicants must attend an interview at the university,
2. Video Call—Use application as specified by each study field, and
3. Voice Call—Use application as specified by each study field;
The use of results reporting system for the committee, and answered the questions about the conducting interviews.
