ประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัย สู่การพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืน กิจกรรมที่ 2 : การสำรวจศักยภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการศักยภาพองค์กรเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การประชุมครั้งที่ 2/2566

การจัดประชุมในครั้งนี้ นำทีมโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตาจารย์ ดร.ลินดา เกณฑ์มา อธิการบดี และศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิโฬฏฐ์ วัฒนานิมิตกุล ที่ปรึกษาคณะทำงานฯ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อนำเสนอผลการรวบรวบ วิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานในช่วงระยะ 5 ปีย้อนหลัง เพื่อสะท้อนผลการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมา และระดมความคิดในการหาแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีในการบริหารจัดการองค์กรสำหรับอนาคตที่เท่าทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงโลก

กลุ่มที่ 1 : ด้านนโยบาย ยุทธศาสตร์ แผน งบประมาณ และการคลัง

นำโดย รศ.ดร.ชลลดา พงศ์พัฒนโยธิน รองอธิการบดี

กลุ่มที่ 2 : ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อรองรับการเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยดิจิทัล

นำโดย อาจารย์ ดร.ปวิช ผลงาม รองอธิการบดี

กลุ่มที่ 3 : ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรสายวิชาการ สายสนับสนุน การบริหารจัดการประชุม การกำกับนโยบาย และการจัดทำระเบียบข้อบังคับ

นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิษณุ บางเขียว รองอธิการบดี

กลุ่มที่ 4 : ด้านการพัฒนายกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน วิชาการ การวิจัยและนวัตกรรม

นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เผด็จ ก๋าคำ รองอธิการบดี

กลุ่มที่ 5 : ด้านการส่งเสริมอัตลักษณ์ ค่านิยม สวัสดิการและการพัฒนานักศึกษา

นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ สายัณ พุทธลา รองอธิการบดี

กลุ่มที่ 6 : ด้านบริการวิชาการ การขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อการพัฒนา และการขยายเครือข่าย ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการแข่งขันในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ

ในกระบวนการทำงานแต่ละกลุ่ม จะมีการกำกับการออกแบบวิธีการสกัดและสังเคราะห์การบริหารงานโดยคณบดีทั้ง 6 คณะ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์/สำนัก/สถาบัน ตามพันธะกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง และร่วมทำงานกับทีมงานต่างๆอย่างเข้มแข็ง

University executive committee have joined a meeting of driving Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs for Activity 2: Exploring BSRU Administration for Sustainable Development Meeting No. 2/2023 on May 20, 2023

at the meeting room on the 13th floor of the 100th year Sri Suriyawong Building

This meeting was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Linda Gainma, the President and Professor Dr. Wirot Watananimitgul, the senior consultant of the university executive broad.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the results of collecting, analyzing and synthesizing the university administration performances over the past 5 years which are able to reflect the former progressed performance. They also brainstormed ideas for searching for best practices relevant to the organizational management and administration for future that can keep up with the rapidly changing world. They were working into 6groups as follows:

Group 1: Policies, strategies, plans, budgets and finances

Led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chollada Pongpattanayothin, Vice President

Group 2: Management and development for improving the environment for becoming a digital university

Led by Dr. Pawich Pholngam, Vice President

Group 3: Academic and support personnel Development, Meeting Management, policy formulation and Preparation of regulations

Led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Phisanu Bangkheow, Vice President

Group 4: Development of the quality of teaching and learning, academics, research and innovation

Led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Phadet Kakham, Vice President

Group 5: Promotion of identity, values, welfare, and student development

Led by Assoc. Prof. Sayan Puttala, Vice President

Group 6: Academic services, strategic driving for development, and expansion of network, partnerships for university development for both national and international competitions

Led by Dr. Sutipporn Chotratanasak, Vice President

In the working process of each group, the design of the extraction and synthesis methods of administration based organizational missions were supervised by the deans of all 6 faculty, the directors of centers/offices/institutes. All were gathered to work vigorously with various teams
